We are looking for an administrative coordinator who can partner with our accounting and sales team.

You will be

  • handling and screening incoming phone calls and other communications and routing to the appropriate party
  • greeting clients, managing files, updating our database 
  • keep accounts for the different clients
  • performing other general office duties. 
  • coordinating with the sales team and assist with the orders and bookings accordingly

Our requirements are

  • associate's degree in a related field
  • experienced and skilled in MS office
  • master multi tasker with good communication skills 
  • professional level verbal and written English
  • Danish is an advantage
  • attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritise the daily workload

What we offer

A permanet position starting in August but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
