We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded bilingual German and Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Málaga, Spain 🇪🇸
📍 Workplace: On-site in Málaga at least for the first month; remote work is possible thereafter
🚀 Start Date: ASAP
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team handling inquiries for major international brands in both German and Swedish.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
Recording and updating customer data in our system
Qualifications:
Fluent or C2 level in German and Swedish (spoken and written)
English: Communication level
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging situations
Good technical proficiency
