Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service? Do you dream of working in one of Europe’s most vibrant countries? We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Finnish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Greece - either on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in the country (we’ll ship the equipment to you!).

About the Role: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic, international team supporting well-known global brands. Your role will involve handling inquiries and providing excellent service to customers via multiple channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality customer support via phone and email in Finnish and English.
Acting as the main point of contact for customers and ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information.
Building positive customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Following company procedures, management guidelines, and sharing valuable feedback.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Advanced Finnish skills (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written.
Good English skills (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette, active listening, and excellent written communication.
A willingness to learn, develop, and approach challenges with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.
Motivation to relocate and build your life in Greece.
