Czech-Speaking Customer Service Agent - Join Us in Athens, Greece!
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service? Do you dream of working in one of Europe’s most vibrant countries? We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Czech-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Greece - either on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in the country (we’ll ship the equipment to you!).
📍 Location: Athens office or remote from anywhere in Greece
🚀 Start Date: As soon as possible
About the Role: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic, international team supporting well-known global brands. Your role will involve handling inquiries and providing excellent service to customers via multiple channels.
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems
- Deliver a high level of service and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Native-level or C2 proficiency in Czech (written and spoken)
- Minimum B2 level in English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with professionalism
- Basic technical proficiency
