About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the evening shift in the Inbound Department for one of our valued clients. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can guide a diverse team with confidence and clarity.

• Experience in a similar team leader role within warehouse operations
• A solution-oriented mindset – you see challenges as opportunities
• Strong ability to adapt to change and maintain performance under pressure
• Excellent people skills – you can work with and motivate individuals from all backgrounds and personality types
• A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example
