Your Tasks
- Provide technical support and service for customers, service and sales department for maritime products.
- Quoting of upgrades, services and non-standards solution
- Liaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedback.
- Manage special projects, controlling and coordination.
- Preparation of project specific documentation such as method statements and risk analyses.
- Responsible for the monitoring and correct fulfilling of the local service contracts,
- Oversee customer service issues, including participation in scheduled customer service meetings.
- Calculation and generating of work offers.
- Daily and project-based reporting to the local Head of Customer Service
Your Qualifications
- An excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
- Experience with the CAN Bus will be highly regarded.
- Experience working with MCC products.
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication skills and cultural awareness
- Experience from similar Technical position
- Strong knowledge of the English language in understanding, writing and speaking. Proficiency in the Danish language is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Liebherr programs and MS Office
- A valid driver's license
