Your Role:
You’ll be the voice of Mercedes, helping Portuguese-speaking customers with everything from product inquiries to technical support. Your empathy, communication skills, and love for customer service will make a real impact - and add international experience to your CV.
What You'll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Assist with questions about car purchases, leasing, service contracts, and product details
Provide solutions to technical issues and share knowledge about new models and features
Create exceptional customer experiences with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with a talented, global team and grow in an international environment
What You Bring:
Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
Good English skills (B1-B2)
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Basic technical understanding and an interest in the automotive industry
Attention to detail and a passion for creating great customer experiences
